Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes $100 non-refundable you are required for bookings over $300, any lower amount bookings full payment is required on delivery of setup.
Invoice payment in full is required 5 business days before your event, money transfer from Bank to Bank can take up to 3 business days to complete.

How long does it take to setup?
Base on the average setup and including complete safety check.

Please note these times are just approximate may vary on different locations, parking and access ability to venue.
What happens on the day of hire?
On the day of your hire we will attend to your home, party site, venue and completely install items this includes a complete safety check, we will also take you through the safety steps and advise you how to look after and supervise everything safely whilst still having fun.
How do we know when it will be delivered?
We will contact venue and yourself Wednesday week of hire regarding delivery setup and pickup time.
If you have a certain delivery time you want us there to deliver, we can try to accommodate you.
Do you have insurance?
Yes we do, $10 million public liability insurance cover.
Photo Booth Questions & Answers
BOOKING YOUR BOOTH
Your booth hire is confirmed once your deposit of $100 is received.
The deposit is non-refundable as it secures the booth for you on your event date, therefore preventing us from taking other bookings for your booth.
WHEN DO I NEED TO PAY THE BALANCE?
The balance is required 14 days before the date of your event. But you can pay earlier if you wish, or via instalments before the day. Just let us know what works for you.
HOW EARLY OR LATE CAN I BOOK?
We have early birds booking their booth over a year in advance and we also get plenty of last-minute calls. The earlier the better but if you are wanting to hire a photo booth for any event, please contact us and if we are able to help, we will.
We will refund any amount you have paid back to you less the deposit to secure your date, when notification is given 30 days prior to your event.
If for whatever the circumstance you cancel 30 days or less before the scheduled date of your event, then we will not be able to offer a refund of any amount.
DELIVERY & SET UP
We will arrive before your scheduled start time, to set up the booth ready for you to have a lot of fun. If there are any obstacles that may make set up a little trickier, please ensure you let us know prior so we can allow extra time or extra man power from the venue. Our booths can fit through standard doorways and even manoeuvre up staircases, however we need to allow extra time to hike those stairs. We'd hate to let you down by starting late!
WE BRING ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING THAT YOU NEED
This includes a prop table, which is 8ft and dressed in a classy black tablecloth.
Some venues are tight on space, so we can use a smaller venue provided table, or bar stool.
We are very adaptable to any situation, we require access to a standard single power point within10 metres of the booth location.
WHAT ABOUT KIDS? CAN THEY USE THE BOOTH?
Of course! We love kids and booths are a great child entertainer!
However sometimes with kids comes a bit of craziness. (We should know, we have 2 of them!)
So we ask that you keep an eye on them to ensure they are being respectful to the booth and the props.
OTHER COMPANIES BOOTH DON'T GO UPSTAIRS - DO YOURS?
Yep, our large enclosed booth can go upstairs due to their break down modular system. Although the mirror booth will require a 2 person lift upstairs.
WHAT IF I WANT EXTRA TIME? IS THAT POSSIBLE?
Maybe! We strongly encourage that you book the booth for the time period you think you will need- rather than extending on the night.
For two reasons - One because it cheaper to do so
Two - there is no guarantee we will be able to stay later on the night.
IMAGES TAKEN ON THE NIGHT
When hiring from us, the hirer gives permission for images taken at the event to be used on our website and for advertising purposes, unless advised prior to the event that they would not like their images used.
We will not use images which are deemed unsuitable for advertising and will not use any content that may be personally damaging to any person.
HOW MUCH SPACE DO I NEED?
It is best to allocate an area of 2m x 3m for the photo booth and props table we will contact with your venue prior to your event about assigning an appropriate area for the photo booth.
HOW MANY PHOTOS CAN WE TAKE?
You can take as many as you like, there’s no limit!
DO WE GET A COPY
Upon packing down the booth, our staff will create a USB full with all images taken throughout the night on it. This includes both the print strip version & a high resolution copy of every single image taken at your event.
You can guarantee there'll be plenty of laughs when you look over the images the next day, week or even years down the track!
Forget about those companies that pre-make and reuse templates, we don’t we are about being unique and giving our customers a personalised experience.
it’s not about what is easiest for us, and what saves us time. We prioritise the customer’s needs & expectations, we want you and your guests to enjoy our photo booth. We take pride & LOVE fully customising each and every template.
The mirror booth also has a variety of different ways we can print your photo strip so whether you want a 2×6 or 4×6 our booths can!!!
DO YOU SUPPLY PROPS
We bring a box full of crazy & funny props to each event!
With our gorgeous array of props on sticks & quality hats, masks, wigs and any other party like attire you can think of, all beautifully displayed – we try to keep them clean whilst guests are using these. Our prop selection has been especially selected to enhance your guests’ photo booth experience and encourage creativity!
We take hygiene seriously so all supplied props are sanitised on a regular basis. It’s for this reason that we don’t provide certain props, due to them getting damaged & misused (you don’t want to see what we’ve seen!). You are more than welcome to supply your own props if you are having a certain theme or wanting extra props to suit your occasion.
Terms & Conditions
This is a hire agreement made between Adelaide Starlight Entertainment and Customer. Adelaide Starlight Entertainment does not accept any responsibility for personal injury, damage or death sustained by The Customer users unless an incident is through a malfunction of the equipment which has not been caused by The Customer or their users, or through any breach of conditions of use. Adelaide Starlight Entertainment has public liability insurance however, The Customer should arrange their own insurance in the case of malicious damage or the equipment being stolen and public liability cover in the event that any users should be injured or killed through operating of the device. The Customer agrees to return the equipment in good sound working order. Any damage, loss or breakage incurred through the usage by The Customer or its users shall be the responsibility of The Customer to make goods by cash payment for the replacement or repair of such damage, breakage or loss within 7 days of notice. The Customer is responsible for the entire full replacement value of the equipment and therefore is to ensure that it is only returned to Adelaide Starlight Entertainment representative. The Customer agrees to observe the conditions of use at all times and any failure to observe these will be a breach of this hire agreement.
Conditions of Use:
The Customer is to supply the correct street address for delivery. The Customer grants Adelaide Starlight Entertainment the right to enter the property at the delivery address for the delivery and pickup of our equipment at the specified time. It is the responsibility of The Customer to notify Adelaide Starlight Entertainment of any underground pipe work including stormwater, Mains and gas pipes. Adelaide Starlight Entertainment does not accept any responsibility for any damage caused by our pegs or stakes to hold down support equipment. In the event our items is not returned at the prearranged time there will automatically be a $150 fee charged to The Customer by Adelaide Starlight Entertainment and The Customer is to organise a new pick up time. It is The Customers obligation to provide suitable access to the site for LAdelaide Starlight Entertainment to install, dismantle and remove our equipment. Our items must be returned in the same condition as it was upon delivery and installation. Our equipment is not in the same condition at the completion of the hire as when it was delivered and installed and upon pick up such cleaning is required, a minimum $50 up to maximun of $300 cleaning fee will be imposed.
DO NOT put water, sprinklers or hoses near our equipment in result may damaging our electrical equipment.
Make sure our items is clean upon pick up to avoid any chargers for a cleaning fee.
Common sense practice applys.
During periods of severe weather conditions, including persistent heavy rains and winds over 25km/h Adelaide Starlight Entertainment has reserves the right to cancel your hire. If you are experiencing severe weather you should call and notify Adelaide Starlight Entertainment. In the event that you, The Customer wish to cancel due to severe weather, you must call Adelaide Starlight Entertainment on 0406 644 007 at least two hours prior to the pre-arranged delivery time.
The Customer acknowledges that he/she has been instructed about the safe operation of our equipment and fully understands the requirements in safely operating of our items this hire agreement. The Customer agrees to adhere to and follow all safety precautions and rules as stated in this hire agreement.
All persons use this equipment at their own risk.
A responsible Adult (18+) must sign on delvery for our equipment.
Adult supervise children play at all times.
The Customer is liable for any damage that occurs whilst in their possession except for what may be classed as normal wear and tear.
If users are too rough a damage bill will be sent. Adelaide Starlight Entertainment recommends that when a person is not supervising the use of our equipment on one should be playing or using our items, until such person is replaced.
Seek medical advice prior to using this equipment due to sudden jolting movements and motions of the body when using some of our items equipment.
As The Customer children’s safety depends on you, the safety of all users is your responsibility.
NO food, drinks, sharp objects, pets, sand, cigarettes, face paint, streamers, coloured hair spray, silly string, chewing gum or any other sticky greasy or gritty substances are not allowed near or on our equipment. If upon pick up such cleaning is required a $50 upwards $300 cleaning fee will be imposed.
In the event of an unexpected storm; if gale force winds (including whirly winds or freak winds), heavy rain, or any other unfavourable weather conditions, be evacuated immediately veryone insde unde rcover away from the weather.

5.3. We may also use your personal information to protect the copyright, trademarks, legal rights, property or safety of Adelaide Starlight Entertainment, www.adelaidestarlightentertainment.com, its customers or third parties.
5.4. Information that we collect may from time to time be stored, processed in or transferred between parties located in countries outside of Australia.

If there is a change of control in our business or a sale or transfer of busines assets, we reserve the right to transfer to the extent permissible at law our user databases, together with any personal information and non-personal informatio contained in those databases. This information may be disclosed to a potential purchaser under an agreement to maintain confidentiality. We would seek to only disclosed information in good faith and where required by any of the above circumstances.

A small administrative fee may be payable for the provision of information.
